Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. Ova se vila nalazi u malom selu Golubovo, nedaleko od Bala i Barbarige. Lokacija je idealna za pravi obiteljski odmor, a prekrasna priroda i plaže udaljeni su samo nekoliko kilometara, a za oko 20 minuta vožnje automobilom možete posjetiti veće gradove: Rovinj i Pulu. Vila može primiti 9 osoba, u prizemlju ove toplo namještene vile nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kaminom, kao i spavaća soba i kupaonica, dok su ostale sobe i kupaonice na katu kuće.

Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.
