Mjesto je mirno, pogodno za šetnje prirodom i brdski biciklizam.

Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

The air-conditioned accommodation is 38 km from Rovinj, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and sauna, and a patio with lake views. The villa provides a children's playground, a barbecue and a terrace.

Bolara 60, the Kućica：格罗兹尼亚附近的石头小屋

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
