Located very close to the JW Marriott, this condo offers the same prime location as a convenient alternative. The condo features a heated pool, tennis court, BBQ area, and laundry facilities on every floor. All common areas are available for guests and are maintained in excellent condition. Dedicated parking spot is included.

Our villa has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, 1 bathroom with a standup shower and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shops just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier. Marco Island beach, which is one of the top beaches in the world, is only 20 minutes away. Please note we do not offer snorkeling gear.
