The Barn - An adobe structure, once home to a feed shop in the early 1900's. Creatively converted to casual rustic living. Enjoy cooking in a commercial style kitchen. Relaxing on daybeds. This suite is a beautiful stand-alone 600 sq ft. bedroom separated from the rest of the house by the main foyer. With a keyed interior entrance off the main foyer of the house, this private room includes king size bed, a wood burning fireplace, spacious bathroom with large tiled bathtub, shower, two sink/vanity areas, and a private patio outside a back door exterior entrance. The Suite is private, and shares no walls with other Suites in the house. The property is secluded inside the city.

Kathryn's Corner Cottage is located in a popular residential area in Alpine called Carpenter addition. It is beautifully landscaped and features ample parking. 2BR/1BA (master bedroom -king 400 series Serta adjustable bed; 2nd bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed) each with their own smart tvs. The home has a large dining room for meals and gatherings and a sunroom with a gas log fireplace is located at the back of the home perfect for reading, bird watching, or just relaxing.

Lovely Marfa Hideaway

Our beautiful compound at the edge of town has two buildings: The front is for living and dining, and the back is for sleeping. It's a short walk between the two through a blooming desert garden and vine-covered pergola. Climb the spiral stairs at the front house to the roof deck for unobstructed views of the sunset, sunrise, and the Milky Way. We are five minutes from downtown. Dogs are accepted with pre-approval and a $50 flat fee--no more than one dog.
