It is beautifully landscaped and features ample parking. 2BR/1BA (master bedroom -king 400 series Serta adjustable bed; 2nd bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed) each with their own smart tvs. The home has a large dining room for meals and gatherings and a sunroom with a gas log fireplace is located at the back of the home perfect for reading, bird watching, or just relaxing.

Our beautiful compound at the edge of town has two buildings: The front is for living and dining, and the back is for sleeping. It's a short walk between the two through a blooming desert garden and vine-covered pergola. Climb the spiral stairs at the front house to the roof deck for unobstructed views of the sunset, sunrise, and the Milky Way. We are five minutes from downtown. Dogs are accepted with pre-approval and a $50 flat fee--no more than one dog.

The house is situated next to the beautiful Brite Mansion and is one of the few that offers views to the remote iconic Western landscape while being a short five minute walk into town. With a pool, roof deck, screened in porch, fenced yard and beautiful interior - guests can be comfortable at home while enjoying all of Marfa's art food and shopping.
