Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Just steps to the beach , this beautiful first floor, two bedroom, one and a half bath, boast an open floor plan, plus a private porch to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. This unit is completely updated with new beds and furniture ready to host your family and friends for an enjoyable stay in Margate. Conveniently located close to all that Margate has to offer from Lucy the elephant, amazing restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream shops, tennis courts and Atlantic City casinos nightlife.

Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. The Eventide Suite is located on the third floor of the home. What used to be an attic is now a cozy place to call home during your beach vacation! What this unit lacks in size, it makes up for in charm. Sip coffee on the top deck or take a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk!

Margate City, NJ is between Atlantic City & Ocean City.It is a small, clean, & safe beach town which offers great summer activities. The house is 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Fine dining restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and Lucy the Elephant are minutes away in walking distance. The AC casinos are 4 miles away and offer all kinds of entertainment & fine dining.The best attraction though remains the beach.
