Secluded self-contained annexe facing woods

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Bedrooms are-secondary double glazed, main bedroom, king size bed, second bedroom 2 single beds/super king sized bed upon request. Child friendly - travel toddler & infant cots. Kitchen - fully equipped, gas hob/electric cooker/dishwasher/washer/drier. Wifi, Sky, bed linen, towels, bath/non-slip mat, croissants/rolls, bread, milk/tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/Prosecco.

This accommodation has a sleeping area with a double bed and additional sofa bed suitable for one person. TV and storage for your clothes. Shower room, WC and hand sink. Kitchen has a oven with induction hob. Parking is available on roadside. The accommodation has it own entrance with its own patio area to use. 1 x Small dog welcome.
