Ideal for enjoying seaside fun and adventuring to nearby beaches such as Botany Bay and Kingsgate. The comfortable large double bed complete with Egyptian cotton linens makes for restful sleeping.

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
