This central location atop Navy Hill offers the best beaches, stores & restaurants of Saipan within 5-10 minutes surrounded by serene jungle and an incredible ocean view of Manågaha. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.

실내 전체 올수리를 마친 숙소입니다. 무려 6개월의 기간동안 천장, 벽, 벽내장재, 바닥을 모두 제거하고 저렴한 자재가 아닌 튼튼하고 좋은 자재를 사용하여 실제 집주인이 나중에 거주하기 위한 용도로 지었습니다. 침대 프레임과 매트리스, 소파, 식탁등 가구는 모두 한국에서 수입, 주방 용품들은 홈디포와 메이시스에서 브랜드 제품으로만 구비했습니다. 세탁기, 건조기는 엘지 제품을 사용하였으며 투몬 경찰서 맞은편 1분거리에 위치하여 치안이 좋습니다. 바로 위 단지에 주인이 거주중이며 아이들을 키우고 있어 미리 약속을 정하지 않으면 만나기는 어렵지만 문제가 생기거나 문의사항이 있을시 언제든지 바로 연락드립니다. 소파는 의자 하나에 2인이 착석가능한 소파로 10인이 앉을수 있는 대형 소파입니다. 한쪽 벽면을 채우는 대형 빔 프로젝터로 다같이 넷플릭스나 유투브를 감상하며 쉴 수 있습니다. 식탁 또한 8인 최대 10인이 착석가능한 대형 테이블로 온가족이 다같이 둘러앉아 식사를 하실수 있습니다
