The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Designer remodeled two-bedroom unit in a historic 1930's duplex, located minutes from Downtown Phoenix in the hip Coronado Historic District. Original plank wood floors, lots of preserved original details, coupled with modern amenities like a remodeled kitchen and bathroom and dual AC units. The upstairs is a king bed and a private makeup (or work) nook. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Dining room seats six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for basic cooking.
