Wake up in this cozy home feeling inspired to enjoy North Atlanta. The Honeybee is a taste of the 1950s countryside right by the city with exposed beam ceilings, wood finishes, neutral grays, a screened back porch, and a fire pit out in the yard. A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed. 2 miles from Marietta Square. Minutes from Roswell, GA. 5 miles from SunTrust park. 2 miles from Six Flags White Water. close to both Kennesaw State University Campuses and Life University. 1/2 mile from i75. 8 miles from Atlanta. The property boasts proximity to downtown Atlanta just 8 miles away, as well as 5 miles from Truist Park, close to both KSU Campuses, Marietta Square, Kennesaw Mountain, and a direct route to airport. Less than 5 minutes from Six Flags White Water! 0.4 miles from i75 if traveling for business! So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

This 2.5 acre mini farm will instantly help you unwind from the stresses of daily life while the cozy farmhouse will welcome you with its charming interior, dream kitchen, and peaceful back porch. Table Root Farm is home to 8 chickens and a large garden and sits only an hour from Elijay and all North Georgia has to offer and is an easy <1hr drive from downtown Atlanta. We do need to be on the property daily to care for the farm.
