Big private terrace, outdoor wood furniture, gas barbeque, garden with a beautiful pine tree and wide views. Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Villa Nassio independent apartment

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

Es gibt im Urlaub doch nichts Schöneres, als sich in seiner Unterkunft ganz wie zu Hause zu fühlen, oder? Genau das ist unsere Vision bei den Jávea Apartments. Die 4 Apartments bieten unseren Gästen vollen Komfort, viel Privatsphäre und vor Allem einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Jávea. Auch dadurch, dass jedes Apartment eine private Terrasse, sowie einen privaten Ein- und Ausgang hat und sich maximal 10 Gäste zur selben Zeit auf dem Grundstück befinden.

Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie. Deze studio ligt in de campo van Calpe, 10 min rijden van het centrum en strand. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, badkamer, kitchenette, BBQ, eethoek buiten, tv en tweepersoonsbed. De studio is verder voorzien van airco en WIFI. Binnen is het niet mogelijk om te koken, buiten wel. Er mag gebruik worden gemaakt van het zwembad, deze is niet prive! Onze hond is overdag buiten.
