La struttura, completamente ristrutturata e arredata con cura, è composta da due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno-cucina con divano letto e una veranda vista mare. È dotata di parcheggio privato. Sky and Sand Apartment is an ideal home for those who love sea and nature. Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

Dionisio 6 is an elegant, cozy and warm ground floor apartment, located in the Jewish neighbourhood of "La Giudecca" in the heart of ORTIGIA, just 50 mt from the sea. Our loft has been completely renovated in 2021 through a careful conservative restoration using the highest quality materials in order to respect the characteristics of the ancient building in which it is located. Functionality and design have been mixed with the antiquity of the architectural structure.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

A vigna a mare

Una posizione fantastica a ridosso della spiaggia di sabbia dorata e dune di incantevole bellezza , il mare a poche decine di metri di distanza crea la colonna sonora di una piacevole vacanza nel segno del completo relax. A 10 chilometri c'è Scicli bellissima cittadina tardo barocca patrimonio Unesco, set cinematografico di tanti film tra cui Il commissario Montalbano.
