Bearfoot Bungalow is the lower/ground level of a fully remodeled, darling duplex (with it’s own entrance and no access between the 2 levels.) Located in Historic Mariposa, just a quick walk to downtown. Enclosed, private space with hot tub. This space offers 1 BR w/a king size bed, small closet, and double doors leading into a lovely, living space with a dining set, kitchen, living room w/electric fireplace, smart TV(where you can sign into your apps), DVD player, full bathroom, & washer/dryer.

The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. Kitchen is stocked with utensils for preparing meals and coffee is provided. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!
