Quiet & serene retreat for adults 21 years of age or older located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little more than a mile from highway 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills and oak trees of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and the night sky has an unobstructed view of the stars.

This lovely, large, & comfortable home has an open floor plan with a fireplace & game room, making for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. It's set on five riverfront shared acres and is within walking distance of town. There is a great private outdoor patio with a private hot tub, fire pit, and propane BBQ to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

We offer a warm fireside in the winter and in the spring a wild flora extravaganza. You’ll love this place because of the outdoor space and the comfy cozy cabin. The retreat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: nature walks, interactions with our animals, birdwatching, star gazing, camp fires and in the spring a wild flora extravaganza. These activities are suited for all age groups.

Owner lives in second unit on property. perfect for couples or a family vacation.

Fifth wheel RV .;) For starters we have cats that will greet you. They love attention. Has a king bed, kitchen with all essential and bathroom provided. Living room has an electric fireplace. There is tv in both living room, bedroom and outside with fire stick The bull frog HOT TUB is awesome. This spring we will be welcoming our new ducks , chickens and piglets. Great views of the Sierra Nevada's.
