Rent a boat, kayak, surfboard or bike. Ocean club membership available $300 fee/family/stay (Marriott charges hotel guests 35 per day for the same privileges): On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and fitness centers.

Make yourself at home in this cozy 2/2 beach condo with private beach access and community amenities such as on site pool and barbecue. From Sunrise to Sunset, you can relax and unwind on either of our two balconies - our living room balcony is ocean front, and the Primary Bedroom Balcony has views across the island to the river. We do our best to keep our condo stocked with essentials - from cooking basics, beach gear, to cleaning supplies and more.

Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at our beautiful beachfront 2 bath, 2 bed fully remodeled and updated condo! As soon as you enter feel on vacation with our beachy vibe in every room, perfect for families or 2 couples vacationing together. The main balcony has a stunning view of the ocean and beach! Dogs under 50lbs allowed- pet fee upon booking. We also own 2 each 1 bed 1 bath in the building next door.

Nostalgic old Florida style home on the water, where the Indian River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The front is a private beach area, separated from the front yard by a neighborhood road. Hutchinson island, a public beach with ocean waves and wildlife, is located across the bridge, less than a mile away. We are sharing our family home of four generations.
