Charming 50s Style Cottage with a modern touch. Located on a quiet street in Old Hobe Sound. Steps to the Indian River and close to the beach ( 1.2 Mi.) New King Size bedding. Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.

At the end of our street is water access to the St Lucie River. A screened in patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a nice cup of Joe, courtesy of our Nespresso machine. For those quiet or rainy days the gaming room provides fun and excitement to your family.
