La casa è un trullo primi '900, completamente ristrutturato,dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala,dotata di frigo,forno microonde,tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice,acqua calda,tutti i sanitari (WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina). All'esterno AIA attrezzata.

The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. The accommodation is in the heart of the Itria Valley, about 5 km from the main centers: Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. The structure, composed of 2 trulli and a "lamia", internally, has a double bedroom, a large bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and stove.
