Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, large back porch, and hot tub. The Retreat combines the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a relaxing taste of life from the past.

Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
