Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Apartment in building features 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea side views. On top of above, apartment include: wi-fi, each room air conditioned (3 set), parking lot for 2cars (one within enclosed garage; other one at building open area; both reserved for the apartment). The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Apartment Astra

Apartment Astra is placed in Kaštel Kambelovac and is located on the 2nd floor of a four-story building, orientation south and west. Fully equipped kitchen is available. Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.

Boho styled apartment whith large terrace

Our apartment is a spacious 50sqm large apartment with one double bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large open plan living/dining area that has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room can easily be transformed into a bed and thus accommodate one additional person. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small building whith big terrace and surrounded by a cultivated garden.
