Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. Come make memories at our beautiful CB.

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

It was built with you in mind! Located between the beach and downtown a close 10-15 minutes to each. After a full day of beach or exploring, come back and unwind on the Beautiful secluded deck built just for you! Have you ever taken a bath outside?? Its kinda magical!
