Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

2BR/1B cottage minutes to downtown, beach

Cute, comfortable cottage just 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington, 20-minute drive to the beach. Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

NO FEES! Dog Friendly! Super clean and everything is brand new. Why stay in hotels? GREAT LOCATION! 2 blocks to Lake Park blvd and 4 short blocks to the boardwalk/beach. Centrally located just off CB Business District. Put your keys away and walk a short distance to everywhere. Eateries, gaming, kids park, boardwalk & beach, rentals of all types available! Once you've stayed on the island it will be your vacation destination of choice for the future! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation!

This is genuinely the BEST location in downtown Wilmington! Your balcony is directly over the River Walk with a huge unobstructed view of the River and gorgeous sunsets! A Parking spot, king size bed & multi jet spa shower is included! This bright, newly renovated space is unique because of the enormous balcony overlooking the Cape Fear River and the attention to detail that will make your stay perfect! We use high-end furnishings with extra touches to make your stay unforgettable!

Private Entrance 1 Bedroom Suite! 7 min to beach!

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Also a washing machine and a very small dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Davy Jones' Loft Treehouse & Treasure Hunt

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!
