The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

Large private bedroom and full bath in lovely Victorian home located in the Historic District of Belchertown. Step back in time in this period home decorated with antiques and enjoy the convenience of being near the Five College Area and all that it offers. There are two other rooms available at The Lacey Rose. This beautiful home was built in 1810 as a colonial and renovated into a victorian in the late 1880's.

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
