Plenty to do in the Wairarapa so enjoy exploring. Milk, teas, coffee, condiments etc available. This is my home (not a dedicated Airbnb house) so I hope you feel as much at home as I do. Our tranquil, rural Gladstone cottage has gorgeous views of farmland and native bush from the sunny verandah. Enjoy the a wine from our nearby local vineyards and a BBQ outside in Summer and the warmth of a logfire inside during Winter. A 3 minute drive to the Gladstone Inn for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and 20 mins to either Masterton, Greytown or Martinborough. We also have a 6 hole golf course available (seasonally) onsite for our guests to enjoy, golf clubs for hire for a round or two.

Enjoy the comfy bed, cosy winter fireside reading or AC summer cooling, courtyard with views. A picturesque 15 minute drive to the restaurants of Greytown, Martinborough and Carterton.

Welcome to Longforde, a very special, charming and beautifully furnished cottage attached to our main home but completely independent with your own access and landscaped to ensure your absolute privacy. Set on 4 acres of stunning gardens, each room has private rural views of the countryside and Tararua ranges. We are located at the end of one of Greytowns most beautiful streets, a walkable 2km into the shops and cafes. As well, we are on a popular walking and biking route to the Waiohine river.

Relax 10 minutes from town in a charming country cottage with all mod cons. Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night. There is a creek running through the bottom paddock for kids to splash in or explore for eels while you enjoy the sun on the patio. It is a great spot for a romantic getaway or a family break in the country. There are lots of walks around, animals to see and the tranquility is unbeatable.

The Gatehouse - 乡村景观复古小屋

Relax on the window seat with views over farmland in this charming vintage cottage. The deck is a sunny peaceful spot for morning coffee and, at night, for taking in the stars of the internationally renowned Wairarapa Dark Sky. The plumpy fireside sofa is perfect for sinking into with a glass of wine. The Gatehouse is only six minutes drive from Martinborough and 11 minutes to Greytown. It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchen/dining space and bathroom with high pressure shower.

The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery serving delicious pizza on Friday evenings. The Tree House is close to a small productive lavender farm, Lavender magic, who sell cut flowers in season, and Mount Holdsworth, where you will be able to access a wide variety of walking tracks.
