Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Added in 2008, the Cabin was conceived as a stand-alone place, where you can find the peace, privacy & pampering that you desire… & a telescope and compass, should your ‘inner explorer’ decide to emerge!

Conveniently located in the heart of McLaren Vale, we are only steps away from all that the region has to offer. Make yourself at home! Take a swim in the pool, cook a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine under our 170 year old pepper tree.

Space & peace to self isolate in beautiful surroundings with lots of trees & fabulous views. Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby. The house is all yours but I am generally around if you have any queries. Walk, ride, read or just kick back.

The Secret Garden Cottage is an amazing 1880s cottage set amongst a magical garden. With two bedrooms, dining room, and huge lounge room with 85inch TV this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It's a short walk to the main road, many popular cafes and Serafinos making it the perfect location to base yourselves as you explore the region. Also available to book on the property is the Secret Garden Studio. You may see other guests from time to time but each have separate areas.
