Completely new house fully equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday, without having to worry about anything. We have employees to serve breakfast, for a price to agreed, clean all spaces every day according to current hygiene standards and leave the space completely tidy. Staff will also be able to serve lunch (10€) and dinner (12€) / person, upon request. We have an ultra HD TV with Netflix Premium, Spotify Premium, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and multimedia systems with LEDs on the ceiling to guarantee lots of fun day and night. Swimming pool, WIFI, laundry and ironing service, € and $ exchange for local currency at market prices and lots of friendliness on offer. Possibility of loading a prepaid ATM card for use on the island in shops and bars. Come and see the space with your own eyes.

Situa-se em Pedro Mateus entre Batepa e Monte Café no meio da natureza, pode passear na zona e na comunidade, visitar Roça Monte Cafe Parque Obo, Cascata São Nicolau, Museu Almanda Negreiro. Uma experiência entre o verde, a tranquilidade no meio de flores, bananeiras e pássaros. Pode usar a cozinha comum para confeccionar as suas refeições.

This apartment hosts 1 to 4 guests (the price is set for 4 guests; contact us for a special price if there are fewer guests). It has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a balcony, ensuring privacy and comfort to those who wish to stay with us. We also have a swimming pool with a fantastic view. It’s close to the capital city (5kms) and to the beach (500m).

You ll have the opportunity to live in a quiet neighborhood and n the middle of the authenticity of the island and lovely neighbors.

Une campagne à la végétation luxuriante, tout près de la petite ville de Trindade, au cœur du pays forro (les Forros sont ces habitants de l’île qui s’enorgueillissent de s’appeler les Fils de la Terre).
