Beautiful 2 level condo steps away from the beach. The main floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioners. The 2nd level is a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool. The condo is in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a small town so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up.

A 30-min drive from the SJU airport, this property is located inside a secluded and private apartment complex in Loíza, Puerto Rico. From fajardo you can take public ferries to Vieques and Culebra island. Our place is at 20 minutes distance to Yunque Rainforest and Hacienda Carabalí. Near the house you find, super market and restaurants like Le Parrilla, la Parrilla and Luquillo Kiosks!
