Vacation House Doris Medulin

Holiday house with garage for 4 people. It consists of kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The house has two terraces, one on the ground floor with grill and the other on the floor above the garage. Suitable for families with children. It is located in the town center close to supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful seaside promenades. My place is close to the airport, the city center, parks, great views,sea,markets,cocktail bars, beach,night club.

This house is situated outside the city center, away from the noise and daily bustle of everyday life. The house has a vast garden and is surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue. The house has a kitchen electric stove & oven, dishwasher a freezer & fridge, dining space, living room and bathroom on the ground floor (50 m2). The 3 bedrooms are on the top floor (a 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2

Apartment Vin is located in a small quiet place Vinkuran not far from Pula. Our apartment is just few steps from Soline bay, 350 meters from the sea. You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

The apartment is a part of a family-owned house but has a separate entrance and a shared garden which offers a relaxing sea-view perfect for experiencing the amazing changing colors of the sky and sea during the sunset . We are located only 200 meter from the sea and no more than 2 km from the town center and the sandy beaches. The neighborhood is outside of the town rush and it's quiet and relaxing. Large supermarkets, a bank and a restaurant are all inside of the 1 km range.

Modern, comfortable apartment (57 square meters), surrounded by a large green shared garden, located in a peaceful area less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a house with one more apartment on the ground floor where we live. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons (2+2). Ideal for a small family but all types of guests are welcome. In the garden, your kids can have a lot of fun on the trampoline and swing.

Fully equipped brand new studio apartment with air conditioner, satelite tv, guaranteed parking place in the complex, small private terrace. Ideal spot 300 meters from the beach, shop and bank across the street. Medulin is famous for its beautiful beaches, as well as interesting historical structures and ancient roman sites.

Our apartment for 4-6 persons is located in family house in residential area of Medulin. It gladly visited by families with children because it has a large terrace and lovely garden with barbecue. Distance from the sea front is 250 m and from sandy beach 1000 m, 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot.
