The 1800 sqft walkout basement offers a view of the beautiful sunrise over the lake every morning. Public lake access and beach are 1 mile away, a very short drive or a leisurely and scenic walk away. If you're up for a drive we have, within 15 miles, 3 regional parks, 5 public beaches, 2 greenhouses and 3 golf courses.

Each floor is 1200sq feet. Upstairs boasts lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms, 1- 1/2 baths, kitchen and lots of seating in the living room. The deck can be accessed by 2 doors and has a natural gas BBQ. The basement is brand new with 9' ceilings, in floor heat, big windows, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, tv and sitting area. There is a fire pit area and some seating for it. Beausite is 15 away and sells firewood.

If you love the great outdoors but prefer to sleep in a bed, this vacation home is for you. This cabin retreat is located on the outskirts of the town of Shell Lake. The cabin is a nice stroll from Memorial Lake Provincial Park, the beach and boat launch. Please note-between October-April there may be snow. Given we do not live on site-we cannot guarantee that snow will be removed from all walking surfaces!
