Απέχει 2,5 χλμ. από τον γραφικό όρμο των Συβότων με πρόσβαση σε πλήθος εστιατορίων,cafe-bars,super-market και ενοικίαση σκαφών.

Το Πατρικό

Το "Πατρικό" είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι του 19ου αιώνα στο Κατωχώρι Λευκάδας, δίπλα από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας.
