Located in Los Padres forest at 5,800 ft, 85 miles north of Downtown LA and Hollywood, 50 mi north of Magic Mountain, 90 miles northeast of Ventura Beach, 50 miles south of Bakersfield, and 125 mi east of Santa Barbara. Enjoy old Ojai in a spacious, bright, well-appointed ranch home called Pixie Palace with 2 acres to explore in the East End of the Ojai Valley with a thriving and fragrant citrus & avocado orchard with wraparound views of the valley, Topa Topas & pink moments. The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental & is home to my orchard & a nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.
