The cottage is one level with 2 bedrooms , a kingsized with ensuite shower room, a twin room & a family bathroom. The conservatory is perfect for relaxing in, looking out onto the south facing patio & pet friendly enclosed garden. Enjoy indoor & alfresco eating areas. Ample parking for two cars.

St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private courtyard garden at the rear of the cottage.
