The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Whether you are nature lovers, riders, or want a quiet personal or romantic retreat, our place is ideal. Walking, hiking, biking trails abound right from the property. Tucked into a magnificent redwood forest the cottage has a gas fireplace, reading chair, futon couch, good lighting, desk, and dining table. The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural.
