Maison indépendante, neuve, sur un terrain de 1500 m2 avec piscine . Notre maison principale est située sur la propriété à quelques mètres de la maison louée. Propriété clôturée et férmée par un portail motorisé. La maison sur un terrain de 1500 m2 est au grand calme, elle est entourée de verdure. La mer se situe à moins de 5 km. L'aéroport Nice côte d'azur 15 mn de voiture. Cagnes sur mer se trouve entre Nice et Cannes, tout près de Saint Paul de Vence et des principaux sites touristiques.
