Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautifully restored home in a quaint, friendly neighborhood. This single story 1927 era home is filled with natural light and inviting views of an established city park. It is located within walking distance to Amtrack, downtown shops and restaurants, and a beautiful bike/walking path that follows a winding creek. Merced College, UC Merced, Lake Yosemite and the hospital are a short drive away. Yosemite, Bay Area and the gold country are a 1-2 hours drive away.

Enjoy our clean, cozy, and private studio

Cozy studio for one or two persons (be sure to be specific about how many people is staying at the studio during the booking), makes you feel at home. The Studio is located in East Olive. We have very comfortable full size bed. Studio is close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station. UC Merced, and Hospital all within 10 minute driving distance. Pets are welcome but please let me know in advance about them. Book minimum two nights. Book for one night are not accepted

Perfect getaway for family holidays, reunions, company retreats, and work-crews. Escape to the countryside in our 5500 sq. ft modern farmhouse, surrounded by 40 acres of serene, cherry blossom like Almond trees. Enjoy fresh county air and put your mind at ease. Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

Cozy Country Home

Do you like peace and quiet? Do you like waking up to the sound of chirping birds? If so this is the location you’re looking for. Cozy country home however only 15-25 minutes away from most towns. This home is spacious 1900 sf and perfect for families or groups. Host lives next door, however this home is fenced all around making it perfect for your traveling pets. It is private and has an electric gate. If you like walks or runs there’s access to a canal right along the house. Pet friendly.

Bear Creek Ranch

Quiet and serene retreat for families (pets allowed if approved prior to arrival) located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little over a mile from hwy 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

This large 1920’s single story bungalow is our most family-friendly home; its closest to our awesome revitalized downtown, sits on a corner lot with driveway + plenty of free parking and has lovely large yards. The back is private + fully-fenced w/ covered porch with fountain and furnishings for outside living. Inside you’ll find old original (yes creaky) wood floors, tons of character, comfortable unique furnishings + ultra fast internet/cable + smart TVs and a 1925 piano.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Centrally located in California and a few hours away from San Francisco, Sacramento, an hour to Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Jose ect. Beautiful home that has washer/dryer on-site. 82" inch TV in Living room. Large backyard and front yard. Gated front yard. Dog friendly as long as they are well behaved and can stay in the garage/yard. Electric vehicle charging available for additional fee.

Enjoy this private guest suite with a dedicated entrance to yourself. Kitchenette is equipped with basics, including a microwave+, a one burner convection stove top, a full size refrigerator with ice maker, and a portable kitchen island on wheels with a butcher block. This mini-like apartment is located within a newly constructed neighborhood and is in close proximity to a private park/sports complex.
