Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Welcome to our Basalt Estate. We live on a secluded road in the seven castles community and you will be in complete Colorado wilderness and privacy. However our internet is fast :) One of our favorite amenities about our property is that we have a private hiking trail right in our backyard that is a 4 mile round trip hike to waterfalls. Aspen and Snowmass is about 30-45 min away. Downtown Basalt where you can find restaurants, gas and coffee shops is a 12 minute drive down the frying pan.

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Our cabin is one of a kind. Isolated with easy access, it is located outside Leadville-10,200 feet, between the Sawatch and Mosquito ranges, with stunning views of both. Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town.
