Little Bear is a charming lake cottage above a private sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee, where you can relax on the beach, swim, sunbathe and enjoy easy walks to restaurants and peaceful sunsets. Perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxed Lake Winnipesaukee stay and a quieter setting than large resorts. Our sandy beach is small, private and away from public crowds. The cottage offers a cozy interior with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.

Large Private Lake House

Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

We have poured our heart into making this a romantic yet very kid-friendly retreat (kids gear included).

Welcome to the beautiful Winnisquam lake house. The house has a beautiful view of the lake from the porch, a few steps down to a beach with clean shallow water, soft sandy bottom for swimming and kayaking, Adirondack chairs on the deck. This home has everything you need to enjoy the lake during the summer, ski slopes in the winter. Completely remodeled kitchen, a huge living room, 4 spacious bedrooms, total of 2000sqft living space. Enjoy kayak, boats, hiking skiing biking, and more.

The house is 20 mins from ski resorts, x-country skiing, snow shoe trails, tubing. Optimal snowmobile location with several primary and secondary trails right down the street. Fully-stocked kitchen. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Linens provided. Firewood provided. Complimentary bottle of wine.

Step out of the house and onto to a beautiful deck. From the deck to the water is just 30 feet of sandy beach! Located right on Pine River Pond, this 5-mile, 570 acre lake has crystal clear water. The gently sloping property makes it ideal for multi-generational families. Swim in the summer, ice fish in the winter or just get away from it all in the fabulous peace and quiet of New Hampshire. Note that June - August rentals are a minimum seven night stays Saturday - Saturday.

Often described as Wolfeboro's favorite house, this historic Victorian sits right downtown Wolfeboro and on the water looking across to the town docks, Brewster Academy and Wolfeboro Bay. This two-story unit, occupying the second and third floors, has a beautiful porch overlooking the bay and is located by the famous Yum Yum Shop. Walk to most places in town or just sit on your porch or the Adirondack chairs beside the lake. Hard to beat our location.

A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
