Screened in front porch with comfortable seating, gas grill, firepit and parking for 5 cars. 4 miles from Bank of NH Pavilion, 20 min to Tilton outlets & 10 min to Gunstock.

It is also close to Mills Falls in Meredith, close to skiing, casual and fine dining, art shops, wineries, theatre, art and antique shops, just minutes to 2 - 4 hour hikes with great views of White Mountains and Lake Winnepesaukee, a beautiful Association Beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Breeze Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

The rear deck overlooks the Wakewaun-Winnipasaukee stream/canal and a canoe awaits. Five acres of forested town parkland abut the property. The family kitchen has huge windows overlooking the garden, canoe and the canal. The living room has leather couches and recliners for relaxed family fun! On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).
