Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms accommodating 4 persons (1xQueen and 2x King Singles), Living room with adjoining balcony and a full bathroom (no bath). Downstairs is your Kitchen, Living, Dining and Laundry (inc 2nd toilet). There is a private alfresco dining area & grassed area off the living room. Single carport parking. Shared BBQ & Pool . Beach House Merimbula - Heated Pool, Pet Friendly

The Boardwalk Beach House is a spacious 4 bedroom house located within walking distance to Merimbula's CBD and Merimbula Lake. The Boardwalk Beach House is a couple of hundred meters or a five minute walk to the boardwalk. Turn left and walk 20 minutes to Merimbula CBD or turn right and go 5 minutes to Sunny's Kiosk for breakfast, lunch, coffee or booze. Perfect location, enough room of the entire family, the boat and the dogs or two families travelling together.

Bula Beach Shack 2

Coastal calm, located in the heart of Merimbula. Walking distance to everything this little town has to offer, this newly renovated unit is only 5 min drive from the beach and airport, and a 3 min walk to the lake. There are 4 steps to navigate to get to the front door. The unit is single level.
