Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

No separate cleaning fee, and electric & gas are also included in the price. A Comfortable Coventry Home with great access to all the main attractions that Coventry and Central England has to offer, it has three bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 guests. The decor is light and airy throughout with a well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. There is an upstairs family bath/shower room. Parking for 1 car at the front and a private back garden.

It is easy access to the A46 by pass, Leamington/Kenilworth/Stratford-Upon-Avon/ Stoneleigh/ Coventry / M40 / Birmingham There are regular buses to go to Leamington etc...

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
