It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.
