Hi there!! My cosy studio apartment is located on the West side of Cagliari on the way to the airport, only 15 min walk to the city centre and Piazza Jenne. In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! La mia casa è piccola ma accogliente e luminosa, dispone di tutti i confort, ma quello che la rende davvero speciale è il bellissimo panorama. Attenzione il quartiere si trova su una collina, quindi per arrivare la strada è sempre in salita! Ma allo stesso tempo questa posizione è strategica per raggiunge brevemente la zona turistica, tutte le attrazioni, il porto, la stazione e gli autobus.

La casa sulle mura è nel cuore del centro storico, in una piazzetta vicina alle vie dello shopping. Ottima posizione. Una volta giunti in stazione, arriverete in 10 minuti a piedi. La casa ha al suo interno le mura della città, costruite nel 1500. The house is located in the heart of the historical center, in a small square close to the shopping streets. 10 minutes walking from the station (connected to the airport). Inside the house there are the walls of the old city.

Abbiamo trasformato un appartamento nel palazzo costruito nel 1870 in una casa sensoriale, dove il passato dialoga con il presente tra le pietre, lasciate a vista, le mattonelle antiche e gli arredi realizzati da artigiani su misura. Gli autori della Casa Mediterranea - i proprietari felici, con amore per la natura. Abbiamo usato nella ristrutturazione solo i materiali anallergici - pietre, legno, calce ecc.
