Allo stesso tempo si trova in un'oasi verde, all'interno del parco di una villa storica dei primi del Novecento. Alloggio adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie anche con bambini. Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
