L'appartamento, che dispone di WI-FI, si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico interamente ristrutturato, provvisto di ascensore. Si estende per una superficie complessiva di 130 mq su un unico livello, più altri 40 mq di terrazza alla quale si accede da una elegante scala presente nella living room. Al suo interno sono presenti due camere da letto provviste di letti matrimoniali (160x200 in una e 140x200 nell'altra), aria condizionata, riscaldamento e televisori dotati anche di antenna satellitare (al momento delle foto non erano ancora presenti), due bagni provvisti di doccia, un ampio ed elegante salone arredato anche con particolari siciliani, provvisto di divano letto due piazze (sfruttabile su richiesta con un costo aggiuntivo di 20 euro a persona) e paravento, anch'esso fornito di aria condizionata e TV, comunicante tramite un'ampia apertura con la zona cucina corredata di forno, lavastoviglie, forno microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè, un tavolo per la prima colazione e quant'altro occorrente per farvi sentire a casa; è inoltre presente un locale lavanderia provvisto di lavabiancheria, così da permettere comodamente anche lunghi soggiorni. L'ampia terrazza arredata provvista di ombrellone è ideale per trascorrere piacevoli momenti. Posizione: a dieci minuti dalla stazione centrale e dalla zona di sosta dei taxi, situata nel cuore del centro storico, tra via Maqueda e via Roma, a pochi passi da alcuni dei principali monumenti della città, tra cui: piazza Pretoria, la chiesa della Martorana e quella di Santa Caterina, i Quattro Canti (crocevia della Palermo antica), la Cattedrale e il Palazzo Reale, per citare solo alcuni degli splendidi monumenti che fanno parte del percorso arabo-normanno ( riconosciuto patrimonio UNESCO ). A pochi passi dai mercati storici della Vucciria e di Ballarò, ma comunque situata in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso.
