The Ciabutin di Casa Aiva is the ideal place for nature lovers, for a relaxing holiday in an intimate and romantic cottage, overlooking the vineyard and with a wonderful view of the hills and the plain. La murà è una suggestiva casa in pietra, legno e tetto in "lose" recuperata da Emanuele nel luogo in cui sorgeva un fienile a 1200 metri nel Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso. Nella borgata di Tressi - Tersy in francoprovenzale - in uno degli angoli più selvaggi delle Alpi, la casa è isolata e ha uno sguardo esclusivo sul vallone di Forzo. Pensata per le famiglie, adatta per essere il punto di partenza di mille e una escursioni nel Parco, è uno scrigno di relax immerso nella natura.

Stone and wood cottage built in 1860 renovated in 2016 with original materials and in the spirit of the place in a tiny, isolated intact village animated in summer by a family of young shepherds who bring the animals in the pastures and produce butter and delicious goat's cheese. Equipped outdoor area without fence. Living area with fully equipped open kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace , pellet stove and two-seater sofa bed. Upstairs two bedrooms and the bathroom.

Casa Martina

Casa Martina è immersa nel cuore del Roero, circondata da vigneti e sentieri che percorrono le colline nelle vicinanze di Canale, da cui dista 4 km. E' situata al secondo piano di un cascinale costruito all'inizio del 1900, dove io e la mia famiglia viviamo. Circondati da un ampio giardino offre la possobilità di potersi rilassare all'ombra di un tiglio centenario o di rinfrescarsi facendo un bagno nella nostra piscina interrata e divertirsi con i giochi del piccolo parco.

罗埃罗（Roero）Govone的浪漫老房子

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
