The spacious 190m2 (2000+ ft2) apt is located on the tree-lined Avenue Amsterdam in the hip and safe Hipodromo area of Condesa. The apartment occupies the entire 5th floor of a 7 floor elevator building, with a plant filled balcony, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Just steps away from the beautiful Parque Mexico and a short walking distance from popular neighborhood Roma. Amsterdam is one of the trendiest streets in Mexico City, with restaurants, cafes, bakeries and stylish boutiques.

Casa Tepeji

This gorgeous 3 floors house was integrally renovated by an architect in 2021 and features a unique design with a patio, a terrace and numerous balconies. There are multiple canopies and large windows that allow all the rooms to be very bright. The colors and custom-designed furniture were carefully curated to celebrate the Mexican culture. The house is located in a very quiet street of the historic Roma Sur neighborhood and offers walking access to the city’s best restaurants and bars.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a hallway that leads to the kitchenette, which is equipped with a grill, sink and refrigerator. The living area consists of a lounge and dining room. There are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, plus 2 complete bathrooms. Finally, a private terrace accessible from the dining room and one of the bedrooms.

Hay que considerar que hay una obra en proceso a tres predios de este edificio, que se ejecutan en un horario aproximado de 8 - 17 hs de lunes a viernes y los sábados de 8 a 13hs.

Enjoy the city in a unique and peaceful location in Roma Sur. Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
