Maison de plein pied avec piscine rien que pour vous en Provence dans le parc Concors-Sainte Victoire sur terrain arboré de chênes, au calme et sans aucun vis à vis et à 1km du village. Grande pièce à vivre lumineuse exposée sud avec baies vitrées donnant sur le jardin. La piscine bénéficie d'une excellente exposition au soleil: Le 15 mai 2022 la température de l'eau était de 27 degrés Celsius et le 17 septembre 2022 de 26 degrés. Aix en Provence centre se trouve à 15-20 minutes de voiture.
