Large master bedroom has floor to ceiling window with direct ocean views, in suite bathroom and dressing area. 2nd bedroom has a large walk in closet. Guest bathroom with modern fixtures and shower. This large apartment has about 1500 square feet of living space plus a good sized balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Great for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents beach club (charges for lounges apply), pool and the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by the Sian Condominium. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean, or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores. IMPORTANT NOTES: The Sian is undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program. However, our line has been completed. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours. The pool and other common elements are not affected. The balcony is open and views are not obstructed. Pool heater is available however to run there is a daily rate of $25. The fee must be paid prior to turning it on. Normal pool temperature is range between 83°F and 85°F. In Miami, normal temperatures are reached by the end of March, early April at which point we do not run the heater.
