My cottage is located minutes from excellent dining options, outdoor activities like: fishing in the world famous Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian Inlet, relaxing on the beach, kayaking, bike-riding, live music and much more. Load up the boat or just pack sun screen and come see why I wouldn't live anywhere else! The cottage is two miles from Skydive Sebastian. There is something for everyone in Sebstian, FL - all walks of life are welcome!

The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Come unplug and relax in a quiet scenic area of Florida. 1 traffic light from all amenities, Publix, WalMart, Walgreens, Banks etc... A short drive to remote beaches. The house is setup to accommodate a boat. Access to private community dock where you can see the most beautiful sunrises! Bring you fishing pole, kayak, paddle boards... or just a chair and a book.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. Tandom kayaks & bicycle available. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
