Bring your bikes to enjoy the 14 mile trip from our front door to complete the Ocean Drive loop, or go the full 26.2 mile marathon loop. Whether your preference is to relax on the beach, enjoy Newport's shops, restaurants, & night life, or to cozy up inside, cook for yourself and watch a movie, this is the perfect retreat. *Please read full details.

Perfect spot for a mix of downtown & quiet small town vibes. You have your own PRIVATE fully fenced in backyard - 5 off street parking spots & Custom Backyard Bar & Picnic Table.

Relax with ocean breezes. A 13 minute walk to pristine second beach and a short drive to everything Newport has to offer. Recently refreshed, and nestled within the famous Paradise farm setting, this home will keep you perfectly comfortable amid your Island exploration downtime. A full kitchen with Gas range and beautifully kept grounds will allow for alfresco summer dining. The home is Immaculately kept and spaciously sleeps max 6 adults and 2 children under 13yrs for a maximum of 8 guests.

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

The Beach Studio - 7 min walk from the beach

This bright studio is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. 7 min walk from the beaches as well as all seaside shops, restaurants, and Rejects brewery. PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. Recently renovated, it features an open plan concept as well as a private deck from where you can enjoy epic sunset and winter water views. Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)
